My kcet rank is 17045 in veternery and I also come from 3b category is any possibility to get my choice one college? please answer to me

Sorry to say according to your rank you will not get any college in veterinary .Rank for these colleges closes under 2k-3k.Also for 3b category there is no reservation criteria untill you belong to state quota.You may go for other colleges.You can predict your college using college predictor in the link below and also some more information about KCET cutoff of previous years.You will get some of the engineering college.
