Entrance test for MCA ( Master of Computer Application) from   Bangalore include KMAT , Karnataka pgcet and Jain entrance test.

According to the latest notification of Karnataka Examination Authority for PGCET 2020 there are four sections in the paper namely Proficiency in English Language, Test of General knowledge, Test of Reasoning and General Intelligence, and Quantitative Analysis. I am doing BCA and into my final years now, just found that Karnataka PGCET is not offering lateral entry for MCA which is making it a 3 years course now. So will it be worth doing it for 3 years or there are better alternatives than this ?

according to latest aicte NEWS , it comes to know that aicte has given permission to lateral entry admission of students in mca second year, who are from bsc IT or bsc CS or bca background, so you may search for other colleges where lateral entry mca admission is
