see karnataka pgcet exam is for admission in mba, mca or m.e /m.tech courses. the eligibility criteria for all course is you need to have 50% marks in your graduation course in relevant discipline. now you need to convert you cgpa to percentage using the conversion rules of your university and apply for pgcet.

Ramu, yes you can appear for Karnataka PGCET though you are from AP. But yes, you will not be considered for Karnataka reservation policy reserved for its Candidates. While 90% of the seats are reserved for Karnataka domicile Candidates, 10% of the seats are reserved for Non Karnataka domicile Candidates. Now, the official notification for 2020 will be released tentatively during the month of May 2020.
