Rohit, we do not have EWS data. Nevertheless, in 2019 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

Open Merit: 536

SC: 430

ST L: 313

ST K: 493

Now this is 2019 data and we do not have EWS data with us. But going by this you will  need atleast 500-550 for a seat in SKIMS. This is just an approximate number because cut offs change ever year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. A score of 550 can get you a seat in this College under EWS Category.

The MHRD has come up with a new schedule for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET 2020. JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept. from 2019 onwards ews category has introduced in neet ug in jammu and kasmir government medical colleges, seats has increased and medical colleges of GMC, Srinagar, GMC, Jammu, SKIMS has ews quota. however according to last year notifications The EWS merit shall start after the cut off merit of the OM candidates allotted seats earlier. genrally ews cutoff goes lower than general merit cutoff. according to last year cutoff Government Medical College, Rajouri cutoff for general candidates was 476. so at this score of 490 you have decent chances, but cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level etc. so study hard .

for rba CERTIFICATE holders there is no separate relaxation and category applied in ugc net as per last notifications.

The official website mentions that June 9th is the last date for making corrections to the application form. For EWS category, you have to score above 580 to get admission into SKIMS. Cutoff varies every year and as per current scenario, there might be big change depending upon performance of candidates and other factors.

So try your best to score above 80% of total score. Practice questions banks and previous year questions papers. Attempt mock tests to know your performance.
