At this point in time, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka are the 3 States that offer Wards of Kashmiri Migrants reservation. For that you have to submit evidential documents signed by an authority not lesser than Deputy Commissioner or District Magistrate. We do not have list of the colleges
