For that you have to submit evidential documents signed by an authority not lesser than Deputy Commisisoner or District Magistrate. We do not have list of the colleges per se.

As a Kashmiri Migrant, you must have graduation degree with at least 50% of marks by any of the university recognized by UGC. You must have qualified any of the following entrance exams such as MAH CET 2020, GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT.
