admission to KMC can de done through counselling process. you have to go through counselling process. There is no date to apply as there is no admission process. You can apply for management quota if you have not appeared exam which KMC accepts. Admission to higher education college like engineering, medical after intermediate is done on the basis of score and rank and through a counselling process.

If you have domicile of Karnataka state , fees for government quota is around 77,000 per annum.
If through NEET from non Karnataka state candidate and having all India rank is more than 1000, it will be above 10,00,000 per annum. It's free for AIR from 1-1000.
The fees for government quota seat is around 12,10,000 if you do not belong to Karnataka.

The cutoff for a general student from Uttar Pradesh for admission in kmc is that the percentile score should be above 50th percentile and your score should be in the range of 150-700 as the actual cutoff depends o ln the course you want to take in kmc.
