There are 3 rounds NEET counseling which depends on cut offs and ranks  and there are other rounds like mop-up rounds or stray rounds which depend on the policy first come first serve.

As far as I know, colleges like these do not reveal the number of seats left after the filling starts. You can know the total number of seats but not the number of seats left as the keep some of them reserved for the last minute admissions, some for management quota and some for other purposes that they do not want you to know. If you are eligible and they have a vacant seat then you will get it otherwise not, as simple as that.
