Dear student your chances are really very less to get admission in kmc medical college as the expected cut off marks are supposed to be 550+ and you have  slightly less marks than than . Ranks within 495 is generally the set cutoff for General category home state quota in KMC for MBBS. 

This can vary between 450 to 600 ranks as an average for general category . 

Also minimum 50th percentile marks in UR Category is must for qualifying.
