Ranks within 495 is generally cutoff for General category home state quota in KMC for MBBs  

This can vary between 400 to 600 ranks as an average for general category . 

Also minimum 50th percentile marks in UR Category is must for qualifying

for getting admission in Christian medical college 30% of neet exam is consider and rest 70% marks are consider from the exam which they conduct for students who clear there neet exam. Also there exam is conducted and then qualify students needs to appaer for interview. And than selection is done. 

Under kmc marks range is 474-131 for unreserved students.

The only possible reason would be that KMC ,Manipal might have opted out their affiliation with Karnataka Examination Authority but KMC,MAngalore would still have been a part of KEA,2018.

To clarify the doubt its better you contact the university/authorised people of the university and ask them about the same.

This may also be due to the reason that the university has forgotten to mention KMC,Manipal in the list by mistake ,so its better to confirm from them directly.
