Tho only way you stand a chance is through management quota. So kindly contact the college authorities at the earliest and only they can guide you further in this aspect!

KMC - It is really good college as it comes in top 10 medical colleges in India. If you are looking for admission then worth taking... clean surrounding and a better environment for study.Faculties are very friendly. The course goes timely. No delay in the exams or results.

SDU - Infrastructure is good, Faculties are supportive. For admission it is decent college not great.

So, if you are really looking for good option, you can go for KMC... All the best

The previous year's cutoff were around 490 but you might get a seat in the second or third round

Yes you might get a management quota seat under these colleges but it all depends upon the availability of seats in the particular colleges. As you know the competition level is very high so there is a increased fight even for management quota seat.

Kalinga institute is a very good institution for mbbs.

Similary Amrita school of medicine is one of the top ranked private institutions in the country. The medical wing is very good. 

Other colleges are good too but I am emphasising on the best two of the lot.
