KEA
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that with the above rank scored by you in pgcet ma you have little chances to get admission in MS Ramaiah institute of technology as the cutoff for this college is very high and the cutoff for the karnataka PGCEt varies every year as it depends on various factors and it is different for different category students.
Further, if you want to know more about the Karnataka PGCET cutoff you can check the below link :

Hello Student
Yes, after paying at KEA Karnataka Examination Authority after allotment of seats whenever you will go for admission in the respective college you have to pay the college fees according to the norms and forms of the college. Fees is payable after a session of three or four years course. The fees for engineering colleges for engineering course of study is higher than the courses like BSc honours BA honours , MA or Msc courses.
This will help.
I hope that you are doing great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that since you got your seat in second extended round counselling in KCET counselling, you can also apply and can still participate in medical counselling under kea, but it is not preferable according to my opinion because you have already gotten a seat in KCET counselling. Either you can cancel that seat and then participate in KEA medical counselling or you can go with the seat offered in KCET counselling only.
Further, for more information on this, you can follow the below link :

Dear Student ,
Based on last year NEET cut off , you may get into the following private colleges according to your AIR as per cut off after round 2 .[For MBBS]
Some Private BDS colleges you may get through your rank :
You can check the above cut off details from here :

Well, the above prediction may not be always true as every year the cut off can vary due to several factors like seat capacity, hardness level of exam etc.
You can check the colleges list as well as the fee structure based on the desired course [MBBS/BDS] in Karnataka through this link:

As you have asked this question i want to inform you that you should first look at the cutoff of all the categories and then choose for the one whose cutoff is lower or you have higher chances of getting medical college.
BUT, you should have all the documents required by the time of document verification.
Hopefully I have cleared your doubt.
For the reason of your unableness to take admission in the allotted colleges due to money problem then you have to apply for fees waiver scheme as your family income is below 6 lakh and you have got a good merit in the admission test or entrance test or in the 12science with 80% plus marks. Or you have to achieve the scholarship of the different it many organisations who founded for scholarship to the meritorious student poor families student.
