1. First Round
2. Second Round
3. Mop-Up

Mop-up round will be conducted if there are vacant seats after the completion of second round. There is no second extended round as such. KEA

You can only cancel or surrender the seat before the second round commences. You cannot cancel the seat or surrender the seat after second round and quit the college. There is provision to quit or surrender the seat or exercise a choice after second round and it is compulsory

Since you haven't paid the fee prescribed by KEA you do not have to cancel the seat at KEA as no refund/fee forfeit is applicable in your case. The seat will get cancelled automatically however, there are consequences, if a candidate fails to report to the college after allotment
