You have to appear jee advance and qualify it with good and eligible rank to get an admission into any IIT campus across India. To appear JEE advance you have to clear jee main paper 2 with a decent rank that you will be eligible for jee advance exam.

well with your percentile you can admission in good nits for the barch course as well as for planning course also. the percentile you scored is good enough for your category as the category cutoff for the sc category is very low and moreover certain nits have increased
College intakes student on the basis of rank. Admission solely depends on the rank you have secured. You haven't mentioned your rank. At NIT campus the accept ranks below 2k in general category.
