To qualify for B.Arch in IIT Kharagpur you have to write both JEE Main and JEE Advanced.

Only Admission Seeker who have qualified the JEE Mains are allowed to sit for JEE Advanced. If a student wants to join B.Arch in IIT Kharagpur they first have to clear JEE

Vikas, you can calculate your expected JEE Mains paper 2 rank for the January session using the following formula:

(100-your total percentile) x 112679/100

So with 97.69 percentile, your rank would be around 2602.

For, your performance, you may not be able to get admission in good government colleges like NITs. And the other colleges in india accept NATA score or AAT score for admission than jee mains score. So, you need to get better score in april and also apply for NATA.

100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 112679 are the number of candidates appeared for January exam.
