The certificate must have the other details like your full name, and date of birth etc, which uniquely identify you as the person elligible to apply through the EWS category. So now, if it has the details, you won't face problems, but if it doesn't, you might. But clerical errors

Since you are not interested for the 2nd allotment, you need not confirm options for it. Also having paid the 10k iam assuming you're happy with the College you got on your first allotment.
