Since you are not interested for the 2nd allotment, you need not confirm options for it. Also having paid the 10k iam assuming you're happy with the College you got on your first allotment.

in your case if your are getting your desired branch then you should take part in 2nd allotment,if you submit fees for 2nd allot and you do not get desire branch then automatically that fees will shifted for other round.
