You don't need to pay any fees for any other allotment, all you have to do is wait till the 27th of June for the option registration and enter your desired courses so that you might be allotted in the second allotment which is in 4th of July.

yes . definitely you should progress for second allotment. as you dont get your desired colleges you always should opt for upgradation. you may get your desire colleges and stream from the further allotments.

yes of course,as your rank is quite enough to get a seat in any of the college by KEAM.But as you have not got a seat in any college in the trial phase,so definitlely you should wait for the allotment of 1st phase.
