Kerala
Hello Aspirant,
No there is no need to register for state quota counselling if you are seeking for seats through AIQ counselling because both counselling are different. So even if you are seeking admission to any AIQ seat even in Kerala then also you should only register for AIQ counselling.
I hope you got the point.
Good Luck!!!!

Hey aspirant
For the above mark according to previous year trend its difficult to get a seat for mbbs in both private and government colleges. You need to score 600+ to get admission in government medical college and 530+ minimum for private medical colleges. You might get admission in deemed university like Amritha university kochi for above mark. Or if you belongs from NRI category then also you have a good chance for getting admission in private medical colleges. Being a obc non NRI candidate chances of getting admission for mbbs in both private and government colleges is difficult. You should come within a state rank of 6k to get admission for mbbs in kerala. For more details refer below link.

Hi,
It is important to attend counseling for documents verification. During counseling, there are only two tasks, documents verification and fees submission.
But there are certain documents which requires your sign and no body can do it for you. I suggest you to attend the counseling and delay your flight travel for some days. As it is an important event, and certain institutes takes live photograph of the candidates for additional verification.
I hope it clears your doubt.
Thank you!

Hey there!
It is not possible to get exact ranking corresponding to any score, as ranking of students is depends on various unavoidable factor like:
1- Difficulty level of Examination
2- Number of students appeared in exam
3- Relative marking
4- Category of an individual
and many more, however we can get a rough idea of rank by analyzing previous years trends of ranking vs score.
With 175 marks in JEE, your percentile would be around 98 and general rank would be anywhere in between 20460 to 23000, as per our JEE Mains rank predictor.
and your OBC category rank would be somewhere around 4000-5000
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor?utm_source=engineering&utm_medium=recommended&utm_campaign=jee-main-2022
and according to some previous years data the cut off or closing rank for OBC category at NIT Calicut is around 12000 to 14000, hence you have some chances to get NIT Calicut for following program
You can also take a look on previous year closing rank of NIT Calicut
