there is two types of domicile criteria for getting admission in Kerala Thiruvananthapuram University :

1. Keralite and
2. Non-Keralite

For Non-keralite candidate admission , the candidates will be eligible to get seat only if the seats remain vacant after the admission of keralite students .

Communal reservation or any type of fee concession is not eligible for non keralite students .

With reference to your query,  I would like to tell you that it is very difficult to predict the marks and without knowing the category because for every year for every rank marks varies a lot due to large variation in number of applicants , difficulty level of the exam , seat matrix and variation in particular category students . Your chance with 380 marks remain moderate or even difficult because according to trend last year cut off was 440+ with obc in state quota and also each and every year cut off depends on many factor.
