Kerala
Hello,
You can upload your marksheet in the format that is available to you, make sure you scan it well so the marks are visible. If you also have a provisional certificate stating your marks, it may also be helpful. However, uploading the one that is available with you should be enough. Do not forget to self attest your documents.
I hope this helps.

Hello aspirant, To get a government seat is tough for you with OBC category. As your NEET score is 461. Your Overall Percentile is: 94.06 - 94.56 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is:80410 - 97560 . For OBC there comes 27% seat reservation. The NEET UG results were announced on 2nd November of this year. In the NEET score card you are provided with all India rank and your All India category rank. The state ranks are provided by the state during or prior to their counselling process of admission in medical colleges.
You will get your state rank later when provided by the state authorities.
Hope you get some clarification.
Chances seem to be less of getting admission in government medical colleges through state counselling. You might get a seat in Deemed Universities.
Criteria for admission in BSc agriculture- In Kerala you can give OUAT 2021 entrance examinations in order to get admissions in various agricultural colleges in Kerala .It is an entrance examination and you can get admission in various colleges both in Kerala and outside Kerala too.
Criteria for admission in BVsc- Kerala Agriculture University (KAU), Kerala is an agricultural university which offers admission to three year BSC agriculture undergraduate course. To get admission into the college you need to appear for common entrance examination (CEE) conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala. The admission is done on the basis of merit in CEE exam.
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year. As you mention with 420 marks you have fair chance to get seat in a BSc agriculture college in kerala.
You can get a seat in medical college in Karnataka with the mentioned marks and rank. However the chances of getting into AIIMS is less as the cut off is very high there. The NEET cutoff 2021 Karnataka will be released online at kea.kar.nic.in
All the best!
