If you don't have domicile of Kerala or to put in other words if you are from different state, even then you can do MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS from colleges in Kerala.

You will have to register for AIQ- All India Counseling that is done for 15% seats in all the medical colleges in all the states. AIQ is done by Medical Counseling Committee(MCC) after the declaration of NEET result. You will have to register yourself at official site of MCC

With 200 marks in neet 2021 it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any government colleges in kerala . Although you can get colleges as per your home state quota OR You can try any other private colleges in kerala .
