You can take admission in this college through- KVPY, JEE and SCB.
If you want you can join through SCB channel. Exam will be conduct on fourth week of June 2018 tentatively.
Application form will be out in fourth week of May 2018 tentatively.

For KVPY SA, you should be in class XI for 2017-18.
FOr KVPY SX, you should be in class XII for 2017-18
Graduates before 2017-18 are not eligible to apply.
Same is the case for SCB.

Are you asking for MBBS? Inorder to take admission in AIIMS Delhi for MBBS & BDS programme you need to appear AIIMS Entrance Exam. It does not take the admission through KVPY.

No it is not like that the official notification states that one can attain admission in IISER through three possible channels and those three channels are as follows
KVPY
JEE test
SCB
if you have appeared in jee mains there is no such requirement to have a KVPY
