Students will be able to check the KVPY result 2021 for SA, SX and SB streams on kvpy.iisc.ernet.in. The exact date is not known keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. IISc Bangalore will release the cutoff for each stream and category along with the KVPY result 2021. The final cutoff will be declared in the form of percentage instead of marks. Students who secure a score equal to or above the cutoff marks will be selected.

There is no age limit to apply for the fellowship. Students can apply from class XI onwards. Year of Appearance: Candidates those who are enrolled in class 11, class 12 or in the first year of the undergraduate program in Basic Sciences can apply for the KVPY fellowship.
In SB stream, students enrolled in the 1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. during the current academic year and having secured a minimum of 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) in the class 12 Standard Board Examination are eligible to appear for the Aptitude test. Also, before taking up the fellowship the candidate need to secure 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in the 1st year final examination.

In KVPY exam, SB and SX are streams where SB is for students pursuing their 1st year enrolled in an undergraduate program of Basic Sciences ans SX is for students enrolled in 12th Class.
