The KVPY exam has three streams:

SA: Students pursuing Science and currently in Class 11th

SX: Students pursuing Science and currently in Class 12th

SB: Students pursuing a programme in Basic Science and currently in the first year of graduation. so first you have to decide in which stream you would apply.

KVPY 2021 Exam is going to held on January 31, 2021. So, as you have only 7-8 days for exam. Now let me clear you firstly that, if you have not prepared for the exam, then it will be very hard for you to get even 65 + marks in this period of time.

This exam needs a continuous practice. This is not an exam that you will cover in an ease. For this, you have to start your preparation atleast 6-7 months before the final exam.

Now as you have 7-8 days, so you can only try solving the previous year question papers. By this you will get to know the difficulty level of exam. And also, study from the NCERT books.

Kindly let this be known that after you've forgotten your login ID, the first place one looks for it is in email/SMS folder. I'll suggest you to check the email/SMS section once again & see if you had starred them. Now that you have exhausted most options of retrieving or knowing your ID, it leaves with 2 options - contact the concerned officials of KVPY & let them know about you forgetting your ID & how they could assist you or you'd have give your detail & have a new application made for your case.

• SA: Students pursuing Science and currently in Class 11 ^th
• SX: Students pursuing Science and currently in Class 12 ^th
• SB: Students pursuing a programme in Basic Science and currently in the first year of graduation.

Since you do not belong to any of the streams therefore you are not eligible for kvpy.

Do not worry .Since you know what exactly happened to you email address, find a way to recover that email address. You can use google assistance to know the exact set of instructions for the recovery . As most exam registration will ask for both email and a phone number ,you can find the user id by checking the messages sent to your registered phone number by the authority . Mostly during when a candidate register at first , a text message with user id and other details will be sent to the registered phone number so check your inbox.  After finding the user id , go to the login page and use the "Forgot password" option to update your password. And once you login using the new password, kindly save the details to avoid the same problem in future. You can use the " Save password" feature and save your details , this way you can always go google browser settings and find your respective user id and password, this will helpful for all such processes .

You can refer to previous year papers first and their answer keys as they will give you an idea about the type of questions that are asked in the exam ,the paper patter , the difficulty of the questions ,and the time that can be required to solve a particular question.You can also see some videos on the net or refer to short notes if you have a doubt about a particular concepts as it will help you in clearing your doubts.

candidates enrolled in 12th (Science subjects) during the academic year 2020–21 and aspiring to join undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology and  candidates must secure marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/ Biology) in the X Standard Board Examination during the academic year 2018-19 are eligible to appear for the Aptitude test.

In respect of the streams SB and SX , there will be four sections in Part I (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics) and four sections in Part II (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics). Candidates may answer any THREE of the four subjects in Part I and any TWO of the four subjects in Part II.

so there is no statistics subject in kvpy sx exam.
