The KVPY examination is conducted in two mediums i.e., in English and Hindi. So if you wish to give the examination in Hindi, then you can obviously go for the examination in Hindi medium.

Hello Aspirant ,

The eligibility criteria for KVPY(Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana  ) SA stream are:

  • Enrolled in class 11 with science (PCM/PCB/PCMB)
  • Must have at least 75 percent score in Mathematics and Science subject in class 10 boards examination ( 65 percent for reserved categories like ST/ST/OBC)

Yes , totally you can give KVPY SA examination in your class 11 if you scored 62 percent in your class 9 examination , your class 9 result does not matter in KVPY exam only class 10 result matter ,which is just an eligibility criteria .You need

If you take a drop for a year, you are no longer attached or affiliated to a school. Thus certain olympiads would not be available to you but CAT, KVPY and olympiads conducted by some organisations do not need a school to be registered through. Thus you can answer them.
