The K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce has published their first merit list for First Year Bcom and the cut off is as follows:
Open and all other reserve category: 564 marks & above(out of 650)- 86.77% and above
Gujarati Ling Minority : 497 marks & above- 76.46% & above
Government others: 554 marks &above- 85.23% & above
Reservation for Jammu & Kashmir : 314 marks - 48.31%
These are the records for the 2018-2019 admissions and this is just the first merit list, soon the second merit list and so on will be released in the different phases. As the cut- off varies in the different lists according to the candidates taking admission and so on , the chances increases in each merit list and you can evaluate your chances by viewing the previous year records as well.

The fee for a student varies with several actors. So, if you are a general MH students, the total fee you have to pay for first year will be Rs. 173677, excluding hostel fee. For hostel fee, you can expect somewhere around 40000 and for mess, it can be around 30000. I could not find any ino regarding hostel and mess fee, so please call the college helpline and clarify your doubt. The fee details for all categories is available in this page.

first of all your percentage in commerce stream is less to get you some exceptionally good college and it clearly depends upon the area where you want to take admission like in Maharashtra there are lots of colleges where you can get admission into B.COM with this percentage.
So now there are some colleges where they provide you with the facility to fill offline forms go for that.
