As per the cutoff released for various categories, following is the cutoff designated to various category reservation to qualified to JEE advanced from the JEE mains:
All these numbers are in terms of percentile. Anyone securing higher than the fixed cut off percentile of their category is eligible for JEE advanced.

The minimum marks required or marks which is required to stay in a safe zone is 170ish in MHT CET to get B.Sc SC in your state.
I am not sure about the required marks for HSc to get into B.Sc in CS but i would like to suggest you to aim high and study hard so that there will be no problem in selecting the college you would like to join and complete your course in.

Yes, it does accept JEE scores. But, make sure you upload your JEE admit and scorecard during admission. Also while filling the MHT-CET form, mention you're appearing for JEE.
Admission will be granted on the basis of score of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) or JEE Main.

the heighest package in computer sceince in Engineering is 20 lakh.
But for the highest package you need to be up to the mark not only in term of communication skills but also some other technical as well.
And you can't get at the time of fresher you need to do hard work more to get that package.
