The candidates applying to take admission in K L university should first satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the college. After completion of both the phases. The college will give its cutoff which is the minimum mark required By the candidate to qualify for the counselling. If you want to enjoy your btech then choose GITAM, vizag and which is very best for studies and placements too.  When you want to gain knowledge and looking for a good career then you should opt to klu as it's rules are strict so chances of getting spoiled are few!

Remember  if you are working hard no one will disturb you to choose the colleges. But coming to ranking and quality based KLU comes first, when you think about infrastructure, multinational and cultural Gitam is lead.

The admission in KLU is based on merit in KLEEE.Candidates can also get admission based on merit in JEE Main or JEE Advanced or EAMCET or any state entrance exam.Candidates can also get admission based on merit in sports or cultural activities for admission in B.tech.So you cannot get admission based on merit in 10+2.

Candidates belonging to AP who have passed 10+2 with 10.0 CGPA and for TS candidates they must score 990 or above marks will be given 100% fee wavier in KLU.This is applicable for all branches candidates who are taking admission.They need to pay one time admission fee which is Rs. 15,000.Tuition fee is wavied.There are partial concessions given based on merit in JEE main, class 12 marks, EAMCET rank, JEE main score, you can check the details here https://www.kluniversity.in/sships1.aspx
