As per your rank in TNEA 2019 and in accordance with your category, you cannot get a seat in IT branch of KCT. The IT branch of KCT closed at 6261 in 2018. But you can get other branches in KCT such as Civil Engineering, Mehanical Engineering

By refering your TNEA and community rank you will get placed in KCT or CIT for both Computer science and engineering and electonics and communication engineering.But as far as in PSG and GCT you have slight chance to get placed in those colleges.
