KVPY SA
Hello,
If you belong to general category then you will not be eligible as the eligibility criteria states that the minimum aggerate required is 75% but if you belong to SC/ST/PWD category then you need 60% in Maths and Science subjects in 10th Board Exams 2020 to be eligible to give KVPY SA Stream. So if you belong to SC/ST/PWD category only then you will be eligible for KVPY SA Stream. According to KVPY 2020 eligibility criteria, he/she must have secured a minimum of 75%.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, accordingly yes you can score in kvpy even if you are from 11th standard. As SA category also, there eligibility criteria is you should have passed in 10th with 75 percent and one should be studying in 11th so if you are fulfilling this eligibility you can give KVPY. The cutoff of KVPY is around 45 as per previous year score.

Hi,
Following is the eligibility to apply for kvpy under SA and SX stream.
Stream SA-
Stream SX-
As you are in class 12th for the session 2020-2021 you should fill the form of stream SX.
Hope it helps.
Through KVPY/JEE exam, by the end of April IISc receives all the applications. Then with ranks in KVPY limiting a particular cutoff rank, offers are sent to the candidates. Offers are also sent to the candidates via JEE-MAIN, JEE ADVANCED and NEET exam. Still if any seats are left to be filled up, then there may be a spot admission round and in this process, there is no cutoff limit. So these are the admission procedures of getting into IISc Bengaluru after clearing KVPY SA.
Good Luck! Hope, you get the answer.
Hey!
First clear your basic concepts of plane geometry and solve some basic questions from ncert, then try to solve the advanced level questions without looking at the solution. Once you are done with the practice of same, then solve the previous years problems.

All The Best.
I think that it is good to start with basic divisibility. There are a lot of exercices/problems you can solve only using some basic techniques like prime number factorization, GCD and maybe Bézout’s theorem. After that, you could start learning some more advanced concepts - like quadratic residues, Euler’s totient function, Fermat’s Little Theorem, Wilson’s Theorem, the Primitive element theorem and start using these in order to solve some more advanced problems like diophantine equations. You can also learn some basic properties of multiplicative functions.
Heh there
Electrostatics is a very important chapter. In it for kvpy you can study
1. Calculation of electric field and potential of different bodies.
2. They may ask you to find electric field and potential at a point due to an unsymmetrical body so do it.
3. Capacitance which includes dielectrics and different cases of finding capacitance.
4. Dipole is very important.
5. Gauss law and coulomb's law is very important.
Good luck
