Hello, hope you are doing well, the question paper for NEET 2020 will be available in 11 different languages i.e Hindi, English, Assamese ,Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. You have to decide your preferred medium for NEET while filling the application form online. If you opt for a medium other than English, you will be provided with a bilingual NEET booklet in selected regional language as well as in English. All the best!

I think you should take the admission . Most of the students do not get this wonderful opportunity and if you are getting it then you should not waste it. Moreover I do understand that there is a language barrier which I understand would be a problem but I think that is good for you to get exposure . After all you never know where your work life will proceed so it would help you in the long run. And for hostel stay for 1st year you would get a doubled room. It is well equipped for the students. It has a running mess serving 4 meals a day.
