Hi aspirant,

You asked about the review of the JSS Science & Technology.

So, here is the full review:

There are people from all over India. One can make friends here with anyone regardless that they are from North, South, East or West. Many from south teach one another Kannada which one can found one of the most interesting languages to learn.

Fees is around 1.06 lakhs for 1st yr.

There are more than 120 companies which come every year in JSS S&TU for placements(number of companies visited for this yr : 190+). In this college one has the two job policy i.e, we can accept two offers from tier 1(<5 lpa), tier 2(5–15 lpa) and tier 3(>15 lpa). Many colleges do not have this kind of facility and supports.

All the best  !!

How is Jss science and technology Mysore for cse? what is the average package for cse? fee structure through comedk. how is the life of north Indian at jss. what is the language used for teaching. infrastructure hostel fees mess charges. Thank you.

JAYA KARTHIKA RS 13th Sep, 2020

Hello,

JSS is the best colleges in terms of placements, infrastructure and faculty. It is being proved by the highest percentage of placement record as well. Students from not only the engineering department get a good inflow of companies, but even students from masters courses also get full-time opportunities as well as internships.

Average package for CSE would be around Rs 4.5 LPA

The fee structure for JSS science and technology university, Mysore for B Tech in Computer science and engineering branch is 16000 per annnum. The course is for 4 years therefore the total fees for all the years is Rs.64000.

JSS STU provides many facilities for the students and faculty like sports, library, hostels for both boys and girls, labs, auditorium, and seminar hall for conducting seminars, conferences, meetings, etc

Average hostel fees may be around 40000 + mess fees which is around 15000

So on an average you will have to pay around 50-55k for your hostel including mess

which government college is best for biotechnology Dr.ambedkar institute of technology for handicapped OR khwaja moinuddin chisthi language university ??

apeksha150598 21st Oct, 2020
Hello student,

Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for handicapped is a better option as compared to Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti language University.
AITH has better ranking and is also an older established college. It offers btech in biotechnology.
It has a higher cutoff through UPSEE but the fees is lower.
Infrastructure facilities are also better at AITH.
Placement is not very good for both the colleges.
The highest package at AITH was 5 LPA and average salary offer was 3.5 LPA with only 5% students placed in biotechnology.

Below I am providing a comparison between these two colleges.

can i include my second language sanskrit in du bfs.i mean sanskrit +english+2languages

Prachi Pant 21st Oct, 2020

Hey

No you can't include 2 language subjects in best of four percentage. The criteria for calculating best of four percentage is based on taking 1 language subject and 3 elective subjects into consideration. The subjects are to be chosen from list A and list B which is prescribed by the university. Only in the case of elective language, it will be treated as academic or elective subject.

To know in detail about how to calculate best of four marks, refer the link below -
