Hello,
calculating your best 4 marks for DU is very important. The Best 4 concept includes the calculation of the marks secured in the top 4 subjects. Amongst the marks obtained in all the subjects in the 12th standard mark sheet, the best 4 is taken to calculate the average. The marks obtained are added and then divided by 4.
Your best 4 will include,
1. One language(core, functional, elective). 2. Marks of the subject in which admission is to be taken (eg. If history Hons is to be taken, history should be the subject included in Best 4). 3. Stream change leads to deduction of the percentile. 4. Two other List A elective/academic subjects 5. 70% of theory marks and 30% practical marks in all subjects is optimum.
Therefore yes, you can mention Hindi as an elective.

Hello Siva,
Yes you have to compulsorily include language among the best four. It can be either English or Hindi, whichever you have scored more.If you're from Science stream, your main subjects would be Physics,Chemistry,Maths/Biology and English. If you're from Commerce, it would be English, Business studies, Accounts, Maths/Economics. If you have not studied language or not adding it you will have to reduce 5% from overall percentage.

Hi there!
As a pure North Indian seeing the other part of the country for the first time, the positives of your stay at IIIT Kurnool is far better than few pain memories:
A completely new life experience.
New friends and connection from a different part of India.
Will appreciate the diversity and tradition of India.(If got a chance, attend a South Indian wedding….will be a good memory to cherish!)
Will get a chance to see a different part of India.
South Indian food lovers will have a Gala time here!
Lot of beaches, sea shores, islands to discover near the Chennai coast.
If a theist, you will appreciate the beauty and artifacts of South Indian temples and other religious institutions.
If you can manage, can learn a new language like Telugu (on the funny part, Your English will Improve).
Thanks.
hey!
According to the NTA notification regional language question paper will be provided in that state only. And, the neet would be conducted in 11 languages including hindi and english. Also, if you have applied for your regional language that is bengali, then your question booklet will come in bengali language and will also contain the english version of each question.
Thankyou.
Hey Pooja
If you want to get admission in Bsc hons chemistry, then kindly consider your PCM percentage only. If you've cleared the first cut off of these colleges then congratulations.
As per rankings and quality of faculty, I will suggest you to choose Bhaskarayacharya College of Applied Sciences. Once you secure a seat in a college, you've a safe side. Now, as further cut offs will release you may get more better college options. You can change your college as per your choice and preferences.
I hope I was helpful to you.
Thanks and good luck.
You can study English or French while working in Canada or take language courses that help prepare you to enter a Canadian university or college program . You may also want to study English or French and gain a competitive advantage in your home country.
