hello my name is Akshada im from Maharashtra pune. i completed bsc Agriculture degree in marathi language...now i searching post graduation college for me... i want little help for admission guidelines....anyone know the holl process of Admission?

gopi 5th May, 2025

Hi Akshada! Congratulations on completing your B.Sc. Agriculture! For post-graduation (M.Sc. Agriculture or relevant fields), here's a general process you can observe for admissions:

  1. Entrance Exams: Most of the well-known colleges and universities demand an entrance test such as ICAR AIEEA (PG) or state-level tests such as MCAER PG CET in Maharashtra.
  2. Application: Go to the official website of the college or university you want to join. Submit the PG admission form online within the scheduled dates.
  3. Documents Required: B.Sc. Agriculture mark sheets, Domicile certificate, Caste certificate (if required), Entrance exam scorecard, Passport-size photos, Aadhar card, etc.
  4. Merit List & Counseling: Colleges release a merit list after applying, based on scores in the exam or marks at graduation. You might be required to attend online/offline counseling.

i have completed BA second language hindi now i eligible MA sanskrit which

Devanshi Goyal 1st May, 2025

HELLO,

If you have completed a B.A. degree with Hindi as your second language, and now you're interested in doing M.A. in Sanskrit, your eligibility will depend on a few things:

You may be eligible if:

  • You studied Sanskrit as a main subject or as a part of your course in your B.A. (even as an elective or optional).

  • Some universities accept students from other language backgrounds (like Hindi) if they have basic knowledge of Sanskrit or pass an entrance test.

You may NOT be eligible if:

  • You never studied Sanskrit at the degree level or in your previous education.

  • The university you're applying to strictly requires a B.A. in Sanskrit or equivalent.

What You Can Do:

  • Check the specific university’s eligibility rules for M.A. Sanskrit.

  • Some universities allow students from Hindi, Telugu, or other language backgrounds, especially if you're willing to take a bridge course or pass an entrance exam.

  • You can also consider open universities or distance education (like IGNOU), which often have more flexible eligibility.

Aparna Patil 28th Mar, 2025

Dear Aamir,

To correct name on your 12th marksheet, you have two options.

1. You may approach to Head Of Board issuing your 12th marksheet. Follow procedure as required. You may be required to provide supporting document which has your correct name such as leaving certificate, copy of birth certificate etc.

2. Through gazette for it you need a notarized affidavit with supporting document. After submitting document gazette office will verify it. Once approved, your name change will be published in gazette.

I suggest you to check if it can be done by option 1 if not then go for option 2.

I hope this answers your query.
