Yes ,you are eligible to apply for LLB as minimum percentage required graduation is 50%.All you have to do now is to pass entrance exam of college in which you are applying.

There is as such no news regarding application form date extension. 

Last date to apply for the application form was 28th February 2018.

Cut off means minimum marks required for admission. This cut off is declared while the admission are conducted by different legal institution after their admission programs get over. It is the minimum percentage of marks that is declared and on that basis admission takes place.

Can anyone highlight on BALLB course plz.

It is an integrated 5 year course for which you can apply after class 12.As per this programme you get professional degree of LLB along with graduation degree.It saves your one year time as when you do the two courses separately it takes 3years each.

Fees for ba llb is usually high. Since you have not mentioned the particular college or university, I would like to tell you that average fees is around 2-3 lakhs per annum for nlu's.
