Yes it has domicile reservation for Uttarakhand Students. Officially the domicile reservation states:

15% of seats in all programs (subject to merit) are reserved for domiciled students from Uttarakhand subject to production of domicile certificate. However, in event of the seats remaining unfilled, the same shall be treated as unreserved.
