You seem to be quite lucky.

Visit Chandigarh University's website (http://www.cuchd.in/admissions/how-to-apply.php), generate a user id and password. Download E-prospectus, paying Rs. 500. If you get selected, the University will inform you on your registered e-mail and moble number.

There is no age limit or Law entrances now. Prepare well and go for CLAT, AILET or LSAT and widen your choice.  If you prepare well for just one exam, it will help in the other exams as well. Best of luck!
