I am sorry to say but you cannot add any college or any new college in the cap secound round. The college list submitted by you in the beginning is the final list that is submitted by you. You cannot modify anything after submitting the list. This

No. Add college option is not available in the cap second round for 5 years LLB. 

The college list submitted by you is the final list and the college will be alloted to you from the submitted list according to the priority level given to the college

What if we appeared for B. K exam in suplimentry exam and just failed for 2% can we exam that again???

Hello student It doesn't matter that you failed for just 2% or 20% fail is fail so yes you need to reappear in that particular exam.make sure you study enough to clear the same in next attempt.
