There is not just one exam for LAWCET ,there are two  , APLAWCET and TSLAWCET and both have different counsellings , cutoffs and colleges under them . Also , the cutoffs are different for different categories. So , just by your rank , it is hard for me

Yes definitely, since the cutoff for year 2019 has still not declared and will be declared soon but with the help of previous year cutoff you can have a clear idea regarding your admission in CLC
