CLAT score is mandatory to take admission in nmims college mumbai, your LSAT score would not be considered for admission in this college for law course. They intake only those students who has cleared the CLAT entrance examination. But you can try for other colleges.

You have no chance of getting a National law university based on inputs given by you, ie 90 marks in CLAT if you belong to unreserved category 

Instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college like

You may mention your college for better guidance. Im general, you can join a college after the classes have commenced. Most colleges keep a later deadline too. In most colleges you can change your courses too. You won't have much problems since many students join late if permitted. Goof
