Being a CA or accounting had s little relevance in the aim of becoming ITO. 

You need to give UPSC and qualify all the three rounds. Only completing CA won't help you to become an IR officer. But if you join UPSC after CA it doesn't remain tough.

Its seems that you forgot to mention your EXAM in which you have scored this rank. Unless you mention it, any kind of guidence cannot be provided for NLS. Inspite of there are mere chances for you to get a seat in NLS for Law.
