Yes, you can change after first year of your college but it is not easy.. Every college have different set of rules regarding migration. In nutshell there are some conditions you need to satisfy :

Students have to pass their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

This year, the cutoff rank and score for an OBC category candidate is 375 and 195 respectively. Since you fit both categories, you seem to have a good chance to get admission in BHU as per your category rank and score.

Hello Sai,

Applications are available at V.R.Law College for admission through management quota without any entrance examination but if you are looking for reservation quota, sorry that is not available in V R Law College as the college gives admission to the person with highest score
