Hey.
The cut off for admission in DU LLb 2018 is expected to be around the range of160-180 for the SC category.
In 2017 the cut off for the Sc Category was a rank of 6781 and 168 marks.
Considering your marks you seem to have less chances for admission

The SK University will conduct the counselling for AP LAWCET by the first week of September.The counselling shall be conducted in online mode, and all the candidates who figure in the merit list will be called for counselling.

It is not possible to delay admission.

Classes commence from November 2018 so you have sufficient time for IELTS preparation.

You can however prepare for IELTS simultaneously with LLB courses.
