The eligibility criteria for pursuing M.Tech in India is as follows:

• Applicants must hold a BE/ BTech degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.
• The students must have cleared all the backlogs.
• Students must be medically fit.

Admission criteria:

• Some colleges or universities select students depending on their marks in the Bachelor’s degree examination.

This is how you can proceed in learning web development:

• Start with Html and Css
• If you want to be a good web developer (talking about frontend), you should have a good grasp of the above two. Also you need to have good knowledge of html and css even if you want to excel in Backend only
• Then take up JavaScript. Js requires patience, and you need to be good at it. And what I believe is, you should be able to google your doubts in a good way while developing something. Even good developers google the most basic concepts.
• Then if you want to be an expert in frontend, try React or Angular, they both are good frameworks or say, libraries for front end development.
• Now if you want to do full stack or specialise in Backend, go with Nodejs, because you would have learnt enough JavaScript by now, and switiching to a different language such as PHP for backend would not be a good choice. Learn Nodejs, Expressjs.
• And you need to have knowledge of database such as MongoDb, PostgreSql or Mysql… I would recommend MongoDb because it is quite easy… I've worked with MySql also but didn't use it in a project having a backend.
• But this is the key point. Start making projects… learn by making projects. Making small small projects while learning things is the key to excel in any field. You finish html, css, make a project, you learn js, make a project, learnt backend stuff… make a project. Make a project while in the learning phase and make a project after you have completed.

With this rank it is difficult to get artificial intelligence and machine learning in reva university Bangalore as the previous year last rank that got admitted in the college was 24941. You can several other colleges for artificial intelligence and machine learning like MVJ college of engineering,   Bellari institute of technology and management  etc

I think you are confused about the stream. Firstly bca is offered to students which have computer as one of their subjects along with physics, chemistry and maths. But this may vary from one college to other. Some colleges do not offer this course to art students.

Secondly if you not able to pay the fees you can talk to the authorities about concession or some might give you scholarship unless you are a meritorious students everything is possible for you. If you have good grades bank will lend you loan. If you want to get admission in best college with affordable fees and 100 % placement. Then you can go for Geeta Engineering College Panipat, Delhi NCR is one renowned college in North India.
