When somebody wants to be software engineer in HCLwhether you come after an engineering graduation or whether you come through Tech Bee programme, It’s one in the same because both of you are doing same job for me. Are you doing the job well, Are you a good performer, Are you a good team worker, Do you have good communication skills all these make a person to grow in career so career growth for Tech Bee and an engineering graduate in HCL for the first five year is the same, It’s nothing different and end of the day it left individual & based on his or her performance so if a graduate comes to me with his resume what do I look for, What’s the other questions so we know that he/she is a good graduate marks matter, Marks is the first criteria after they do B.A to get into from the campus to participate in any of HCL shortlisting processes.
Every company has its own cutoff marks, Student pursuing engineering should get good marks in engineering school to stay a head from others because that’s basic ask to appear for the interview. If they have done summer project it will be fantastic, They will be safe beautifully in shortlisting process because they have prior experience.

Basically you should start with one language only. For Example JAVA, I’m giving you one simple example of JAVA, When you join JAVA, You will learn to start with full tech JAVA then there are other so many technologies in JAVA that you will learn because even JAVA will start realising technology throughout. You will have some new programming languages & technologies that you will pick it up but the most important is that your job need there. You may learn hundred of technologies but it all depends on after you join the work, The company will tell you what are all the technologies that you need to learn to sustain but I can definitely tell you if HCL is saying that these are the technologies, you need to learn hundred percent that is the market needs. In particular job you can become a specialist but if you want to learn multiple technology & not knowing to apply that, You can never be a specialist.
Yes Cengage is a very decent book as far as chemistry concepts are concerned. One cannot guarantee whether a book is sufficient or not. Because when you appear for competitive entrance exams, the more you do, the more you get. But yes, as per your question, it's decent enough to refer cengage book and solve it's mcqs as well for the IIT jam chemistry paper. If you get more time, then do solve books like Arihant or Pradeep as well.
Thank you. Best wishes.

While we cannot vouch for 3rd party websites, this answer is being written on personal experience. Coursera is a recognised website and has good courses. The courses are valid across the Globe. The paid certificates do definitely carry a weightage. And when you have a certification in any subject or course, it gives added value to your CV. So just to answer your question, Coursera Certifications do have weightage when applying for jobs that match these skills that you have learnt.
