Look between government medical college and private medical college huge difference is fees structure. If you study in government medical college then your fees much much lesser than any private medical college. In round 2 you have an option to exit and forfeit the fee if you do not want to accept the seat allotted in AIQ round 2. If you do so you can participate in state counselling. Candidates who joined through AIQ counselling are not eligible to participate in
