According to the eligibility criteria for MSc reproduction biology and clinical embryology from AIIMS, any one of the following conditions have to be fulfilled:
B.Sc. degree of minimum three years duration in any subject (Candidates having the degree other than above are not eligible). Any candidate who have completed any of this course will minimum 60% aggregate (for general category) is eligible.
Since, you have done you BSC. then yes, you are eligible for this course, considering your marks are above 60%.

The MSc Zoology eligibility criteria for DU is 55% for UR and 50% OBC/SC/ST.

Eligibility - Candidates must hold bachelor degree in relevant specialization with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized university.

I assume you are asking about post graduate teachers profile job. see for pgt biology group generally candidates must hold post graduate degree related in Zoology, Life Sciences, Bio Science, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular biology etc. however candidates must have studied the same paper in graduation. so if you have done msc in life science, you have to study zoology/ botany/ life science subjects in graduation also to become eligible for pgt biology.
however the criteria may differs as per the authorities and organization decision for the qualifying criteria.

Master of science is a postgraduate degree which comes under the theory research-oriented stem of science. The minimum eligibility of this course is that students have to passed B.Sc. degree after 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade.
The average fee for this course is INR 4000 to 50000 per year.
You need to possess a bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognised college/ university so that you have in the form of Bpharma then sure go for it but remember eligibility criteria may vary.

Now talking about PGT biology so after doing all this studies you have your main subject biology then you only need to score atleast 50%.
Two Years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the Subject Concerned so you can do PGT biology after that.
It is compulsory for the candidate to have a B. Ed. BTC, NTT etc degree, in order apply for the Teacher positions. Bed degree, there is level defined in which you want to join as a teacher i.e TGT, PRT, PGT (Primary level, Upper Primary level, Intercollege) etc.
