The eligibility criteria to pursue LLM are:

  • LLB degree or any other law degree like BA LLB, BSc LLB or BBA LLB with minimum 50% marks.
  • Entrance exam like CLAT or LSAT or other university specific exams like IPU CET.

So, you need to have any law UG degree

No it's all about your choice. If you want to do ba llb after 12 science stream then I think you will not face any issue. You can take the ba llb degree even after opting for science in higher study. You will not find it very hard
