If i am not misinterpreting your question then 97 is your no in the waiting list right , well 240 is the total no of seats available in lnmit for cse so it will completely depend on the fact that how many students above your rank join lnmit

Actually none of these is good college,  but if you really want to join from any of these colleges then LNMIIT is better. 

LNMIIT Jaipur is a tier 2 college. It has the highest package offered was 40 LPA given by Adobe. The average package is 7 LPA
